Ideal candidates will have demonstrated and proven presentation skills, be technically savvy, possess high caliber written and verbal communication skills, and enjoy teaching and assisting others.
The Senior Education Specialist at Camden National will work independently and with the Education and Development Team, to develop a variety of internal educational programs for Stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
The person selected will interact with Stakeholders across the organization by coordinating and delivering an array of educational classes and programs by the way of classroom, video technology and one-on-one sessions.
In addition to providing core education programs, this role supports the e-learning system, internal leadership development programs, Integrity Selling programs, conducts various skill gap analyses, researches best practices and education trends in banking/business, and provides technical education.
A Bachelor's degree with one to two years related experience and/or training required. Candidates with experience in financial services are encouraged to apply. Some travel will be required to offer core education programs to Stakeholders in branch and department locations.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
